Blackberry Cacao Protein Smoothie

This smoothie tastes like dessert and gives you a nice energy boost. Makes 2 servings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1.5 cups water (or coconut water or almond milk)
  • 2 handfuls of ice
  • 1 T raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp bee pollen
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 scoop whey protein (or protein of your choice)

 

HOW TO:

  1. Blend all together and enjoy
