Goji Mango Cara Cara Orange Turmeric Smoothie

This delicious smoothie is good for digestion and gives you a little energy boost. I find it hard to resist this beautiful color.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 peeled whole cara cara oranges
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup dried goji berries
  • 1 small knob of turmeric (or 1/2 tsp ground turmeric)
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (tops ok)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

 

HOW TO:

  1. Blend it up in your blender. Enjoy this goodness.
