Goji Mango Cara Cara Orange Turmeric Smoothie
This delicious smoothie is good for digestion and gives you a little energy boost. I find it hard to resist this beautiful color.
- 2 peeled whole cara cara oranges
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 cup dried goji berries
- 1 small knob of turmeric (or 1/2 tsp ground turmeric)
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (tops ok)
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Blend it up in your blender. Enjoy this goodness.
