Matcha Coconut Water Vanilla Mint Date Smoothie
I adjusted my favorite matcha coconut water vanilla mint date smoothie to be a part of my getting healthy regimen so it has more protein for a pre-workout breakfast. I've also added nutritional info.
- 1 cup light almond milk (30 cal)
- 1/2 frozen medium sized banana (53 cal)
- 1 tsp of organic matcha green tea powder (10 cal)
- 1 pitted medjool date (66 cal)
- 1 handful of baby spinach (5 cal)
- 1 handful of mint leaves (6 cal)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (12 cal)
- 15g (1/2 scoop) vanilla protein powder (55 cal)
- 1/2 tsp local bee pollen (8 cal)
- 2 cups ice
- Blend it up in your blender. Enjoy this goodness.
