Papaya Mango Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie

This smoothie tastes like a dessert shake, but it's good for you and gives you enough energy to power through a workout or your work morning! If you want extra sweetness, add a little honey. If your fruit is ripe though, you probably won't need it.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of ripe papaya, cubed
  • 1 ripe mango, cubed
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond or soymilk
  • 1/2 cup of kefir 
  • a handful of frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

 

HOW TO:

  1. Blend in your blender. Wheez the juice!
