Strawberry Coconut Manna Protein Smoothie
A part of adding more protein in my diet regimen, this smoothie is really creamy, filling, and has a hint of sweetness.
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup of light almond milk
- 4 frozen strawberries (I keep the greens on)
- 1 T coconut manna
- 1 tsp bee pollen
- 1 tsp maca powder
- If it's not sweet enough for you, add some honey!
- Blend all together and enjoy
