Strawberry Coconut Manna Protein Smoothie

A part of adding more protein in my diet regimen, this smoothie is really creamy, filling, and has a hint of sweetness.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup of light almond milk
  • 4 frozen strawberries (I keep the greens on)
  • 1 T coconut manna
  • 1 tsp bee pollen
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • If it's not sweet enough for you, add some honey!

 

HOW TO:
